Nice RUA6 Control Board — Run 400HS and Run 1200HS Fast Gate Motor Mainboard

Nice RUA6 is the original control board designed specifically for Nice Run 400HS and Nice Run 1200HS series fast gate motors. The board integrates the motor driver, logic control circuit, and external accessory connection terminals into a single compact unit. Operating at a supply voltage of 230V AC, it features multiple socket terminals supporting an external safety photocell input, an independent flasher output, and a trigger relay connection. OXI and SMXI socketed receiver modules can be mounted directly onto the dedicated slots on the board in a plug-and-play manner. Dozens of parameters such as speed, deceleration distance, force limit, and wait time can be easily configured via the O-View programming interface. Control board failure manifests as symptoms including motor not operating, failure to detect commands, ignoring the photocell, or unexpected stops during movement — in such cases, the board must be replaced with a new one.

Replacing this control board is of INTERMEDIATE difficulty. The board is removed from its slot inside the motor housing, its socketed connections are disconnected one by one, and the new board is installed via the same connectors. However, after replacement, it is mandatory to reconfigure the motor parameters to their previous settings using the O-View programming device. A motor operated without configuring the parameters may run at incorrect force and speed values relative to the gate weight and track dimensions, potentially causing damage to mechanical components. For this reason, it is recommended that the procedure be carried out by an authorized technician with the required technical knowledge.
