Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Turkey, it may take longer than expected to return your goods.

Due to international shipping, the return may incur costs that are very difficult to meet for the end user. For this reason, returns are accepted only for defective, incomplete and defective products. The return costs arising from the defective product belong to us.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. If the product is damaged, you can request a return within 15 days with the necessary documents.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll contact you to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
