Nice OXI LR is a long-range LoRa technology socket radio receiver developed specifically for Nice brand motorized gate, garage door, shutter, and barrier automation systems. Operating at 433.92 MHz, this receiver generates unique codes that are renewed with each transmission cycle thanks to its Rolling Code encryption infrastructure, effectively protecting the system against code cloning and unauthorized access attempts. Powered by 24V DC, the receiver can provide reliable signal transmission over 50–100 meters in open areas, and its socketed (plug-in) design allows direct mounting into the existing Nice control board slot. With a protection rating of IP20, the product is suitable for indoor and rain-protected environments. This part is used to renew the system in cases where the existing receiver has failed, the signal range is insufficient, or a LoRa infrastructure upgrade is desired on an older system.

Replacing the Nice OXI LR receiver is of MEDIUM difficulty. While physically inserting the receiver into the socket on the control board is straightforward, all Nice LoRa remotes registered to the system must be re-taught (memory programming) to the new receiver after replacement.
