Nice MCA2 Control Board — Wingo 2024 / Wingo 3524 Motor Board Spare Part

Nice MCA2 is the original electronic control board manufactured for Nice Wingo 3524 and Nice Wingo 2024 tubular gate motors. The board is powered by a 230V AC (±10%) mains supply, provides a 24V DC output to the motor, and supports a maximum motor power of 200W. Thanks to its IP44 protection rating, the board is resistant to dust and water splashing, and operates stably across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. Control board faults may manifest as the motor failing to operate entirely, failure to detect movement limits (limit switch), photocell and safety inputs becoming unresponsive, or the board entering self-protection mode due to overcurrent — any of these symptoms may indicate that replacement of the MCA2 board is required.

This control board replacement is rated INTERMEDIATE difficulty. The board connects to the motor housing via socketed connectors, making the physical installation relatively straightforward; however, the configuration settings on the board (parameters such as operating mode and auto-close time) must be reconfigured to match the existing system. Mains power must be disconnected prior to any electrical connections, and cable connectors must be inserted in the correct order; therefore, installation by a technician with basic electrical knowledge is recommended.
