BFT SHYRA F Control Board — Deimos AC A800 Compatible 230V Sliding Gate Control Unit

BFT SHYRA F is an electronic control unit with 230V AC power supply, manufactured for BFT Deimos AC A800 series sliding gate motors. The board features a 230V AC motor output, separate safety inputs for photocells, stop and start buttons, as well as a flasher and electromechanical lock driver output. The automatic closing time can be precisely adjusted via potentiometer, while the operating mode can be configured through the DIP switch as step-by-step, single-button or fully automatic. The board is suitable for panel mounting with an IP54 protection rating and operates continuously across a wide temperature range of -10°C to +60°C. In the event of motor driver stage failure, power transistor burnout or component fatigue due to extended use, full system functionality is restored by direct board replacement.

Replacing this control board is of INTERMEDIATE difficulty. It is recommended to photograph all cable connection points before removing the existing board, as correct terminal assignment for photocell, motor and accessory lines is essential. After replacement, the DIP switch settings on the board must be matched exactly to those of the original board, and the automatic closing time potentiometer must be recalibrated according to site conditions. This procedure can be performed easily by a technician with basic electrical knowledge and requires no special tools; however, de-energising the system before installation is critical due to the hazard posed by 230V AC mains voltage.
