BFT Giotto Barrier Control Board — MERAK BG S Replacement Control Unit

BFT MERAK BG S is the genuine electronic control board manufactured for BFT Giotto 30S BT and Giotto 60S BT series automatic barrier systems. The board internally processes the 230V AC mains voltage to directly control the barrier's 24V DC motor. Parameters such as automatic closing time, stepped speed control, slow start/slow stop profiles, and step-by-step operating mode can be easily adjusted via the LCD display and keypad located on the control panel. The board incorporates all standard safety and accessory inputs including photocell, magnetic loop detector, stop/start, safety edge, and traffic light; thanks to its IP54 protection rating, it operates reliably against moisture and dusty environments inside the enclosure. The integrated D-Track intelligent torque monitoring technology instantly detects possible obstacles during the movement of the barrier arm, ensuring the system stops safely. The operating temperature range is between -20°C and +60°C, providing reliable performance at car park, plaza, logistics facility, and residential complex entrances with heavy traffic flow. Replacing the MERAK BG S control board is of MEDIUM difficulty.
