BFT Luna AB B Control Board – 230V AC Shutter Roller Shutter Automation Card

BFT Luna AB B is a professional electronic control board developed for managing single-phase shutter and roller shutter motors with 230V AC supply. The board operates with an up–stop–down command logic on the motor output, providing full motion control in single-motor systems. The supply voltage is 230V AC and the motor output is also designed as single-phase 230V, eliminating the need for an additional transformer or voltage converter. The board features a trimpot for adjustable operating time and a DIP switch for system configuration; remote control support can also be activated by connecting an external receiver module. With a protection class of IP20, the board is designed for panel-mounted installation and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. It can be supplied as a spare part to replace an original control board that has worn out over time, been damaged by power fluctuations, or has malfunctioned, eliminating the need to replace the entire system.

Replacing this control board is of MEDIUM difficulty. The board is physically secured to a standard panel rail or via screw mounting and is connected through terminal block wiring. During replacement, it is necessary to transfer the existing cable connections to the exact same terminals, re-adjust the operating time via the trimpot, and match the DIP switch positions to the previous configuration if applicable. A technician with basic electrical knowledge can perform this task with ease; however, since work is carried out on a 230V AC line, the system must be de-energized before installation.
