BFT LEO B CBB W01 is the original control card manufactured for the BFT PEGASO N 400V series three-phase industrial door motors. The card operates with a 3-phase 400V AC input voltage and manages the connected motor with full three-phase drive logic. Thanks to its enclosed housing with an IP54 protection rating, it provides safe operation against industrial environmental conditions such as dust and moisture. The control card features dedicated terminal blocks for Start, Stop, photocell, flasher, and limit switch inputs, allowing peripheral devices such as radio receiver modules, safety photocells, and flasher lamps to be directly integrated into the system via these terminals. This card centrally manages motor control, obstacle detection, and automatic closing functions in sectional doors, high-speed PVC doors, and heavy-duty industrial passage systems, and is supplied to replace an original card damaged by fault, burnout, or impact.

Replacing this control card is of MEDIUM difficulty. The cable connections on the terminal blocks must be matched exactly to the existing layout, the limit switch end positions must be correctly set, and any DIP switch or parameter settings must be noted before installation and transferred to the new card. Verifying the correct phase sequence before energizing the three-phase supply line is critically important; therefore, it is recommended that installation be carried out by a technician experienced in electrical and automation work.
