BFT LEO B CBB L01 Control Panel – PEGASO N 220V Motor Compatible Replacement Control Board

BFT LEO B CBB L01 is a motor control panel developed for automatic sectional and industrial door systems, operating in direct compatibility with BFT PEGASO N series single-phase motors. This board requires a 220V AC single-phase power supply and is equipped with individual control inputs including Start, Stop, Photocell, Limit Switch, and Open/Close, allowing every integrated accessory to be connected via an independent terminal. Its enclosed housing with an IP54 protection rating ensures long-term reliable operation in dust- and moisture-intensive industrial environments. The control board is replaced to restore systems that are unresponsive due to a faulty existing board, circuitry damaged by overcurrent or voltage fluctuations, a burnt terminal group, or software locks. The terminal structure supporting external accessories such as radio receiver modules, safety photocells, flasher lamps, and key-switch opening systems provides flexible field configuration.

Replacing this control board is of MEDIUM difficulty. While removal of the old board can be carried out with standard hand tools, care must be taken to reconnect the existing cable connections to the terminals in the correct order, particularly ensuring that limit switch signals are placed on the correct terminals. It is recommended to photograph or mark the existing cable groups on a schematic before installation; incorrect terminal connections may cause the motor to run in the wrong direction or disable the safety circuits. It is advisable to have the replacement performed by an authorized technician with basic electrical knowledge.
