BFT Deimos 800

The BFT Deimos AC 800 sliding gate motor is the AC motorized version of the Deimos model with increased kilogram capacity for areas that do not need intensive use. Compared to the 600-kilogram model, it is a simply designed model with a much more powerful motor. However, it has disadvantages such as speed and not being suitable for intensive use. Its AC motor, long life and ergonomic architecture make the BFT Deimos 800 suitable for many regions. This product, which stands out with its price/performance balance, is perfect for the 300-600 kilo range, which we can describe as medium weight. BFT Deimos 800, which is of Italian origin and has a 2-year warranty, provides aesthetic benefits to your region with its very stylish design.

It supports gates up to 800 kilograms and up to 7 meters and offers a perfect performance for gates with these maximum values. It can offer customizable control methods such as a pushbutton, card reader, magnetic detector, Wifi or GSM module. Thanks to its flexible control card structure that supports all these operating possibilities, it can meet all kinds of needs. It is also suitable for development with BFT ecosystem modules.

How do I choose the most suitable BFT motor for my gate?

The total weight, length and daily opening frequency of your door are three important criteria. The kilogram value should be selected leaving a certain safety margin (usually 25%) and attention should be paid to the length limit. For detached locations, you should choose a 230V AC motor, and for high-traffic locations, a 24V DC motor. How will I open my door when the electricity goes out?

A manual override mechanism is available for all BFT sliding gate motor models. You can open the cover on the motor using the key supplied with the product, switch the motor to manual mode, and push the gate by hand.

Can I install it myself? Is it difficult?

Installation requires knowledge of welding and electricity. Incorrect installation may void the product warranty. We recommend seeking assistance from our technical team or utilising our professional installation service. Alternatively, you may purchase our pre-programming service along with the product, allowing you to engage a local welding specialist for the mechanical installation in your area while having the programming completed by us in advance. This is generally the most economical and straightforward solution.

What is the warranty period and conditions for BFT products?

BFT products, including sliding and circular door motors, barriers and industrial motors, come with a 2-year official distributor warranty, provided they are installed correctly. In the event of a fault, the product is sent to us by you, and then to the distributor. In the case of manufacturing-related issues, part replacement or repair is carried out with the distributor's approval and returned to you free of charge by us. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a total repair cost is calculated and shipped with your approval. In addition to the warranty, it is always possible to receive repair services in this manner.
