A manual override mechanism is available for all BFT sliding gate motor models. You can open the cover on the motor using the key supplied with the product, switch the motor to manual mode, and push the gate by hand.

Installation requires knowledge of welding and electricity. Incorrect installation may void the product warranty. We recommend seeking assistance from our technical team or utilising our professional installation service. Alternatively, you may purchase our pre-programming service along with the product, allowing you to engage a local welding specialist for the mechanical installation in your area while having the programming completed by us in advance. This is generally the most economical and straightforward solution.

BFT products, including sliding and circular door motors, barriers and industrial motors, come with a 2-year official distributor warranty, provided they are installed correctly. In the event of a fault, the product is sent to us by you, and then to the distributor. In the case of manufacturing-related issues, part replacement or repair is carried out with the distributor's approval and returned to you free of charge by us. If the issue is not covered by the warranty, a total repair cost is calculated and shipped with your approval. In addition to the warranty, it is always possible to receive repair services in this manner.
