We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Turkey, it may take longer than expected to return your goods.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can investigate and rectify the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
You only pay the return shipping costs if you decide not to buy the product. In case of damaged product delivery, if a report is kept by the courier, the return fees are covered by Otomaskon.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, for goods delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason whatsoever. As above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll contact you to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
